Alright everyone this is where you get to say your piece. Only post if your gonna be real. If your pissed let me know. If my spazness has rubbed you wrong in any way here is where you can sound off. My crack head uncle once posted lies about me being a terrible person when he was comin off a sweet bender. I didn’t think it was very nice at the time but now I can see the humor in the dysfunction. Impress me here people, be free, have fun and show some personality. We share together on this page. And if you want me to get back to you don’t be a barney, leave your contact info.

Damien, I seriously just read every word of this website (I was given a brief escape from the kiddos and read it while enjoying a pedicure! Hey, you said to be honest.) ;) I am serious that I think someday (in all your spare time) you should write a book. You are a great writer and so honest and so many people will continue to be inspired by your story. Thanks so much for the shout out, it really means a lot! One of these days we will finally get together again and you can meet the little redheads. Take care and keep on truckin! xoxo Megan (Brian, Erin and Sean too!)

You asked me to read your website and wanted to know whether you had “sister approval”. So I read every word, truly saw (as opposed to just looking at) every picture and with all my heart felt the power and sincerity behind your words. You have conveyed your growth and focus so well on this new version of your website. While your physical journey is the easiest to see, it’s the emotional journey you’ve traveled that touches me the most. We are the sum of not just our experiences, but how our experiences change us – and it is an equation forever changing. I look forward to watching your equation change. Sister-approved, Damien, with all my heart.

Damien – I have a huge smile on my face that I suspect will last through the night. To hear you are in a great place and devoting so much of your life to helping others brings me unsurpassed joy. On the immediate issue we discussed I would love to connect you to the current Kent team – a great group of young men you would be proud to know carries on the tradition of excellence of which you are such a great part. What I would love is an introductory message from you to the team (anything at all you wish to say) that will kick start this connection. I cannot wait to learn and here more and look forward to being a conduit through which you can relay any life message you wish not only to a football team yet also an entire school community (that we all hope and suspect contains many future leaders). Love, Coach Marble

Hey Damien – so impressed by your “new and improved” website. It’s AWESOME!!! I love the brutal honesty you display always!!! Also, kuddos to you and Rebecca for getting all of the tournament & PayPal info on your site. I am always directing people to your site to check it out & get the info for the fundraisers so I’m so glad it’s all right there – GREAT JOB!!! Looking forward to another great football tourney this year & seeing you both there!

Some good stuff in here, D. Stay positive. Believe me, I know it’s tough, but everything in context, right? By the way, recently stumbled on a ton of photos from 1995-ish of us getting into way too much trouble. 15 years later, you’re looking to open your own shop, Collins has his own hedge fund, Best is quickly moving to VP of his company, and I’m…still in school. Weak! Take care, amigo, and keep in touch.

Had a dream the other night… not sure what the context of our conversation was in the dream. However, I distinctly remember that when our conversation was over, we shook hands, gave a quick bro-hug and parted ways. As I looked back at you over my shoulder, you were walking away. It was a revelation that gives me more hope than ever. Someday, you will be standing up, giving the prayer prior to the tournament, and the proceeds will be for other individuals who are struggling with what you have dealt with. It has been, is and always will be my pleasure to be associated with the Minna family.
